Foreign Students Department

Our goal

The Foreign Students Department’s mission is to help the foreign students at WU find their footing in Vienna and try to make the new city feel like a new home, not just a place of residence.

What we do

Our most important task is to guide students from all over the world through their visa troubles, employment issues and other general obstacles in their new environment and make integration as smooth as possible. We also organise events where you can meet and socialise with fellow countrymen, simultaneously showcasing your culture, language, music and traditions to those interested in them.

If you also want to help WU's foreign students find their way in Austria, feel invited to join our Team. If you are fluent in English and other foreign languages, then you've covered the only requirement. You want to help others, who are going through the same troubles you've experienced in your first months here? You love organising events or have a knack for social media?
